Man offers 40 goats and 20 cows as dowry to wed Chelsea Clinton

A love-struck Kenyan government official has offered former U.S. President Bill Clinton 40 goats and 20 cows for his daughter Chelsea's hand in marriage.
Godwin Kipkemoi Chepkurgor wrote to Clinton with the dowry offer through Kenya's Foreign Minister, Sky News reported.
The offering is considered very generous by Kenyan standards, but apparently wasn't enough.
Had I succeeded in wooing Chelsea, I would have had a grand wedding, Chepkurgor said.
I would have invited South African Anglican Archbishop Desmond Tutu to preside at the ceremony.
Chepkurgor also said he was impressed by Hillary Clinton for standing by her husband during the Monica Lewinksy scandal, saying she behaved like an African woman.
